Appleton's is a British company that has been sourcing, spinning and dyeing wool for 180 years. Each skein has 27m/29.7yds (to substitute for DMC, double the DMC yardage). Best paired with any 26ct fabric (30ct fabrics are a bit too fine to use with crewel wool). Colorfast, hand wash cool, line dry.
