I want you 100% happy with your Avlea kit, no matter what, so if you need to return it for any reason, simply send it back to the address on your packing slip. Please include your order number and if you would like a refund, exchange or other solution.

Shipping times:

I package and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. If I need to cut fabric, or am in the middle of making up a new batch of kits, then it might take an extra day. Orders are shipped from our small post office here in Sisters, OR, so I appreciate your patience as your Avlea kit winds its way through the mountains to reach you!
