Kallithea is a vibrant and popular spot on the island of Rhodes where designs like this would have been stitched in the 19th century to ornament Greek homes. The Kallithea Kaleidoscope folk embroidery kit features a pinwheel motif worked in small blocks in alternating colors which creates a lively and energetic effect. Shown finished as a table square, it can also be finished as a cushion cover. Kit includes: 26ct 100% cotton Traditional Groundcloth in white, DMC 100% cotton embroidery floss, John James size 24 needle, full color charts and instructions

Finished size (exclusive of finishing): 13-1/2 x 14-3/8" Note: White Traditional Groundcloth has a slightly uneven count which mimics handwoven fabrics so this design will be slightly larger in one direction even though it is the same number of sts in both directions
